Kevin Casey represents founders, funds, publicly listed entities, and other clients in connection with various commercial disputes and criminal and regulatory enforcement matters, including those involving complex financial transactions and investments, accounting irregularities, and cutting-edge blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, many of which have raised novel legal issues.
Jose R. Nuño has experience in federal and state litigation matters, including contract, fraud, and partnership disputes, trademark and copyright litigation, economic interference claims, and Securities Act and Exchange Act claims. Jose represents a wide range of clients including financial technology companies, Fortune 500 companies, high net-worth individuals, and pro-bono clients, and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year since 2022.
