Counsel Ashley Martabano was also named an Up and Coming practitioner in the Crypto-Asset Disputes area for the third consecutive year. Ashley has achieved outstanding results for clients in complex crypto-asset and blockchain disputes in both civil and criminal forums. Most recently, she served as one of the trial lawyers for Roman Storm, a developer of the Tornado Cash protocol, in a high-profile, month-long criminal case in the SDNY. Ashley and her team secured a mistrial after the jury was unable to convict Storm of money laundering and sanctions charges.
