Brian Grace focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters, including in the areas of copyright and trademark infringement, trade secrets, breach of contract, and corporate governance. He also has experience representing clients in connection with government investigations. Brian represents a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations and high net worth individuals.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received the USC Law Merit Scholarship and was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. He graduated with a B.A. in History, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He also participated in Waymaker’s summer associate program in 2014.
