Ishpal Sidhu has experience in a wide range of practice areas, including business and commercial disputes, labor and employment class actions, shareholder derivative actions, trademark misappropriation, and unfair business practices.
Ishpal earned her J.D. at the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a decorated member of the Barrister’s Trial Team and received the Dean’s Award for Intensive Trial Advocacy. She served as a law clerk in the Hardcore Gangs Unit of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, as well as the St. Joseph’s County Public Defender’s Office in South Bend, Indiana. Ishpal is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she received a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
