An elite trial lawyer, Baker is known for winning high-stakes intellectual property and technology cases. Baker founded Waymaker (formerly Baker Marquart) in 2006. Malzahn, now Waymaker’s managing partner, focuses on intellectual property, fintech and complex business litigation matters. Both Malzahn and Baker are deeply involved in client and firm strategy and management. They also are active participants in the community, serving in leadership roles on non-profit boards and handling pro bono matters.
