Kevin Casey

Kevin Casey has experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, trade secrets, and white-collar criminal matters. He also has experience conducting internal investigations. Kevin represents a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Waymaker, Kevin worked at a prominent white-collar boutique firm in New York.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a member of the Columbia Law Review. During law school, Kevin participated in a clinic with the Center for Appellate Litigation, where he represented an indigent client on a criminal appeal. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Irvine with a dual major in Japanese and Chinese Literature.
